Our projects

The "Gasthof Drei Eidgenossen" has been under the management of the Stöckli family since August 2017.

Marco and Corinne Stöckli have completed several training and further education courses in the catering and hotel industry. After their training and years of traveling, they worked in Düdingen for a total of 16 years, 10 of which they were self-employed.

The inn is known for its good cuisine and friendly service. A gentle renovation of the restaurant has brought in more light for an open and cozy atmosphere.

Under the motto "simply familiar", we want to be the meeting place in the region for young and old.

Your restaurant-pizzeria in Villars-sur-Glâne: Italian specialties in a cozy setting.

The restaurant-pizzeria De Moncor, which opened in 2016, is located in Villars-sur-Glâne.

A team with a passion for good food welcomes you from Monday to Sunday in a relaxed and modern atmosphere. We specialize in Italian cuisine.

At Restaurant De Moncor you can enjoy genuine Neapolitan pizzas baked in a wood-fired oven. We also offer meat dishes on the slate, entrecote, fillet, pasta and risotto.

We strive to serve our customers first-class dishes and therefore select fresh and high-quality products. We offer a pasta menu and a meat menu from Monday to Friday.

In our lounge area you have the opportunity to relax alone or with friends and sample exceptional alcoholic beverages such as whisky, grappa and Italian wines.

Would you like to organize a special event at Restaurant De Moncor? We have a dining room with almost 80 seats for baptisms, birthdays, business lunches, etc.

The Hotel-Restaurant Taverna in Tafers stands for excellent cuisine and a wide range of leisure activities in the Fribourg region.

Just 10 minutes from Freiburg city center, the restaurant offers authentic Italian gastronomy with homemade dishes made from fresh local ingredients. The Taverna offers everything a gourmet's heart desires: whether it's wood-fired pizza or delicious à la carte dishes, our chef will cater to your wishes (or intolerances) and is also happy to cook vegan or vegetarian dishes on request.

Our boutique hotel has 14 elegantly furnished and well-equipped rooms: USB sockets and all standard international power connections are available.

The Taverna in Tafers is located in the center of Switzerland, directly on the Way of St. James and only 20 minutes from Bern and 30 minutes from Vevey. Lake Schwarzsee (and its recreation area) is just a stone's throw from the hotel. The Hotel-Restaurant Taverna is equipped with state-of-the-art seminar rooms and numerous parking spaces and is perfect for conferences.
